  • The HR Consolidation Craze

    There’s been no shortage of news coming out of the HR marketplace of late. Less than a year after Watson Wyatt and Towers Perrin merged into Towers Watson, Hewitt Associates and Aon Consulting announced plans to form the $4.3 billion Aon Hewitt, which is the “undisputed industry leader” in the HR space, according to Matt Levin, senior vice president of corporate development and strategy for Hewitt.

In 1986 Verena and Michael Schneider-Christian founded E T C, to have a company ready for different kinds of trading and consulting ventures.  Today we manage selelected properties and run several Florida and off shore corporations for foreign clients.

 

Michael has been in international business all his life, since his MBA exam in the spring of 1974.  Michael's partner in his Im- and Export business in Germany was from Calcutta in India.
